Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within South Africa only.
Delivery options include door-to-door courier, Pargo, and PAXI.
Standard delivery time is 1–7 working days after dispatch.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Finesse Fragrances is not responsible for delays due to third-party couriers.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.
Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 3 days.
