Whether you prefer the convenience of door-to-door delivery or the flexibility of collecting from a nearby store, we offer multiple shipping options across South Africa.

Shipping Costs
✅ FREE delivery on all orders over R1500
📦 Flat fee of R150 on orders under R1500 (nationwide, including outlying areas).
📮 PAXI – Store-to-Store Delivery (Pep)
A cost-effective option to collect from any participating Pep store.
Pricing:
Standard Bag: R60 (7–9 business days)
Standard Bag: R110 (3–5 business days)
Simply select PAXI at checkout and choose your nearest Pep store.
🏬 Local Pickup – Johannesburg (Riverside View)
Prefer to collect in person? You’re welcome to pick up your order directly from us.

Important Notes:

✅ We’ll notify you via email, WhatsApp, call, or SMS when your order is ready.
✅ Only collect once your order is marked as Ready for Collection.
⏱️ Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Mon–Fri) → same-day dispatch
Orders after 13:00 (Mon–Thurs) → shipped the next morning
Orders after 13:00 on Fridays → shipped the following Monday
Public Holidays → dispatched next working day
Delivery Times:
Courier: 1–7 working days
PAXI: 3–9 business days
